Where Transition Ends, Creation Begins

I’ll never forget the moment my mentor Ariel Spilsbury stood before me in a long purple velvet rope. Her legs were slightly apart, her hands grasping the ornate handle of a kickass sword. Her long white hair seemed fairy like, had it not been damp and wild from the heat coming through her.

She was the initiator, I the initiatee. We were deep into an intense mystical training and everything was turning psychedelic.

In a loud stern voice she said: I’m bored with your useless little stories and excuses. You are more than your stories. You are a mythical being. You are here to do the sacred work of the feminine. Do you accept this job?

Outside a raven by the window, then thunder broke the silence.

Yes, I said, my voice meager. She squinted, disdain in her eyes. YES! I accept. (Damn it!)

Today there’s no initiating sword on top of my head, no thunder storms brewing outside. But I’m inside a deja vu: I feel utterly bored with my stories. Initiation awaits. Creation calls. This is a sure Sign of Shifting. It means:

The wheel of life is turning. From epic destruction to joyous creation.

Break through is imminent, but first, the break down. Surrender is sure way to that which is waiting.

Whatever story I’ve told, whatever importance I’ve subscribed to my experience, it now fades from my awareness. Insights and lessons are integrated.

The end is also the beginning. New adventures awaits. Fire. Motivation. Gumption. This way, I know myself again.

Spring is in the air.

There comes a time when the cocoon becomes too tight, the hesitation too painful, the excuses too transparent. There comes a time, when the butterfly most grow wings. I must now grow new wings, beautiful wings.

On the cusp of spring… I’m shaking off the residues of change and planting luscious seeds for what is to come. One of those seeds is the Women Unveiled Project. It belongs to my divine job description. And I’m excited to unveil more about it very soon.

What about you, when do you know things are shifting? When do you know you’ve entered a new plateau? Join me. Shake off a few of your old stories. Leave the comforts of your cocoon. Release the brakes on your creative desires.

What might you be initiated into?

What divine job description will you accept?

Let this be our Invocation for a Spring of Creation.
