I can support your inquiry, your project and help you navigate the inner and outer terrain of transformation with clarifying talks, mentoring programs and personal rituals.
Through my transformational photography sessions, I have coached women with all matters female, and I support students, writers, artists, creative businesses owners, thought leaders, healers and instagram-based entrepreneurs with navigating the creative process and business.

My approach is intuitive, explorative, holistic and honest. Whether it's your life situation, your work or a creative project, the process is the same. We take your whole eco-system into account and start off with the awareness, that you already hold the wisdom and the way. I guide, prod, nudge, evoke and shed light upon the dark. I offer input on the nots and bolts of the creative process be it a project or your life-in-motion. Depending upon your personality and needs, I strive to activate your heart, hands, mind and body to access all your intelligences. We may lean into the mythical intelligence of the hero/ine’s journey and let nature support your discovery process. Perhaps we engage in creative exploration such as writing, photography, drawing, land art, eco therapy, literary therapy, rituals.
Consciousness, creativity and change offer no finite destinations; it shifts and shapes along the way, as we live, move, reflect and create. My intention is to nourish your soul, empower your freedom of expression and offer you a secure and confidential space in which authentic exchange can take place. Think of me as a fellow journey woman and a 'gentle catalyst' for what ever you need to see, bring forth, change and create. I work mostly with women, but men are also welcome.

The Deep Dive - Creative Mentoring
Are you working on a creative project or changing your life? Perhaps you have a story to tell, a photo project to make, a public talk to give or wish to set sail on a new creative business venture. Perhaps you are dismantling the old life and readying yourself to take a leap into a new adventure? With my presence and experience, I am here to hold you to the fire and help you navigate the ins and outs of the sometime heroic creative process and find your next confident steps. The Deep Dive offer you a safe container to explore, experiment and give shape to your vision and words. If needed, I also provide hands-on feedback to your methods and material. Make a commitment to your self, get real results.
Series of 6 x 60 min - valid for 3 months. If you need more time for feedback to your work and material than allotted here, we will discuss additional options.

Release & Renew Ritual
At a crossroads? Between life chapters? Want to reclaim lost parts of yourself? Honor a shift in your life or relationship?
Want to release the old and envision the new in a tangible way? Rituals are for transformation. Marking a before and an after. This process involves a clarifying consultation, our preparation, an approximately 4 hour nature quest with photo shoot, and a follow up conversation for integration. Our meeting entails a narrative threshold walk, contemplation, perhaps some writing and creative work with natural elements, and your ritual. We conclude with your portraits - to be 'sacred tokens' to illuminate your path forward. You receive 4 images. Currently in Denmark only, but will travel and if interested, get on my list with future opportunities in Europe and SF Bay Area.

A bit about me and this work
For the past 20 years, I've be creatively self-employed, have produced documentaries, written and published essays and books on especially women's liberation and wisdom, and facilitated tranformational photo sessions to help more than a 1000 people see themselves anew and tell better, more liberating stories.
I hold a degree in politics and change (Cand.Scient.Adm) and have worked internationally in the fields of education, development and change. Alongside my professional life, I have unfolded my curiosity in soul, spirituality, ecology and psychology. I’m a NLP practitioner, have trained in Eros and Ecology, Nature Therapy methods, the 5 Gates of Grief, Transformational Speaking, Sacred Circle Leadership and the 13 Feminine Faces of the Goddess / moon phases. I have been a devoted 5 Rhythms dancer for 15 years, led a pilgrimage to a Holy Mountain in Tibet and created retreats and online courses for women.
Throughout my life, I have found myself on many personal, professional and spiritual thresholds and lived through intense transitions, including moving countries, changing careers, heart breaks, menopause, longcovid, severe eco-grief, oh yeah, and a few too many dark nights of the soul. This has however, given me great awareness of the power of perception and narrative to shape identity and reality, and an intimate experience with the inner and outer "journey" you may be on right now. I live from the inside out, and have worked intensively with my own and others' personal, spiritual and creative development process, and have become some one who can gently facilitate and catalyze transformation and revelation.
